When can I find out the bumpbargain of the day?
Sign up for our Daily Delivery to find out about our bumpbargain of the day. Every morning at 7:00am MST our Daily Delivery will be emailed featuring a new bargain that will be available for purchase on our site until it’s sold out or until the next day.
If the bumpbargain on your page is Sold Out, can I still order something?
Unfortunately, once a bumpbargain sells out, it is no longer available. Let us know what you’d like to see return by sending an email to customerservice@bumpbargains.com
You may return most new and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a merchandise credit, unless otherwise indicated on the product page the day the product is featured. To request a merchandise credit, you must first contact us at customerservice@bumpbargains.com to explain the reason for the return and request a Return Authorization Number. If the return request is approved, a Return Authorization Number will be provided and you may ship your return. Merchandise must be returned in new or unused condition with all original materials and tags still attached to the item. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. A copy of the original packing slip with the Return Authorization Number clearly noted must accompany all merchandise in order to process a merchandise credit. Merchandise with the approved Return Authorization Number must be received within 14 days of delivery for a merchandise credit to be issued, no exceptions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return shipping is not covered and will not be reimbursed.
Once your return order is received and inspected we will provide a merchandise credit for the amount paid, minus the original shipping and handling fees. You can expect to receive your merchandise credit within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a merchandise credit sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing of your merchandise credit into our shopping cart (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your merchandise credit. For any merchandise found defective for any reason, you should contact the appropriate manufacturer/designer directly.

Why are some items listed as All Sales Final?
Some items will be featured as All Sales Final simply because they are so heavily discounted and are considered a close-out item. The All Sales Final message will be noted on the product page the day it is featured.
How soon can I expect my bumpbargain after I’ve made my purchase?
Most of our orders will typically ship within 48 hours of the order date and sent via USPS First Class Mail.
Unfortunately, you cannot store any items in your cart. We ship items each day and will only ship those products that are purchased. The products are only yours once you’ve checked out.
Outside of the USA, we currently ship to Canada ONLY.
